Order cancellation is available. If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us immediately. We check emails 24 hours a day. Once we receive your cancellation email, we will suspend delivery and cancel your order right away.

If your item has already been dispatched and you wish to modify the delivery address, kindly send an address adjustment request to our customer support team.
Please be advised that FedEx and other logistics providers cannot ensure address redirection will be successful. Even if the redirection goes through, tracking details usually won’t update until the parcel arrives at the original destination hub. After reaching there, the carrier will re-label the package with your new address, and the latest shipping information will then be displayed in the tracking system.
