Order cancellation is available. If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us immediately. We check emails 24 hours a day. Once we receive your cancellation email, we will suspend delivery and cancel your order right away.
Unfortunately, we cannot stop the shipment once goods have been dispatched. The packages will already be in transit via logistics and delivered to you, so cancellation will no longer be possible at that stage.

Please be advised that FedEx and other logistics providers cannot ensure address redirection will be successful.
