Regrettably, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, shipping delays, shortages of materials, and other factors may affect our ability to deliver as anticipated. Thus, we kindly request your understanding that Wocomotors cannot be held responsible for such shipping delays.


In order to guarantee the security of purchases, Wocomotors may find it necessary to contact customers for order verification, which could potentially result in delays. The transit time may vary depending on the proximity to our office and the availability of inventory.

    • Can i changed or cancel my order ? 

    Yes. Your order can be canceled or changed if it has not shipped. Please contact our customer service team via support@wocomotors.com. Please be aware that there will be a 25% restocking fee for returns for non-defective reasons.

    Order Cancellations:

    All orders can be canceled if the item/items ordered have not shipped yet. And no processing fee or restocking fee will be charged. Please go to “My Account” and find “Cancel Order” to submit the cancellation request, or you can also cancel the order by sending an email to support@wocomotors.com

    *While we do have 15 days return policy if you insist, but a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from refunds for items returned in their original condition.

    The reason for return.The valid order number.The marked delivery date.A clear photo and/or video to show the product condition if you are returning for quality reasons.

    The replacement and refund process will be initiated as soon as we have received your returned product.

    In extremely rare instances, your order may sustain damage during the shipping process due to various factors. If this occurs, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@wocomotors.com, providing a clear photograph and/or video showcasing the condition of the product upon arrival. Rest assured, we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
Kindly ensure that you notify us of any damaged product concerns within 7 days from the date of receipt. Regrettably, claims made beyond this 7-day timeframe will not be accepted.
